PSP Tutorial Transparent Frame

You will need a program called Filters Unlimited 2.0 for this tutorial and it can be found here.


1. Open any image

2. Go to Effects > Plugin Filters > Look for Filters Unlimited 2.0

3. Click APPLY and this is what it will look like

Sorry to hear about the problems with website host. i cant dl at mo as net issues n 18 engineers later they still not fixed it. 5 months now. try not 2 worry about site ur health is most important. re
